The relationships Melinda has fostered over time speak for themselves, as she has established an unbelievably positive rapport with community-based organizations, agencies, not-for-profits, providers, and corporate entities throughout New York State. She has single-handedly developed successful event strategies and promotional media community partnerships that have significantly and positively impacted the organizations with which she’s worked.

With over three decades in nonprofit and association leadership, Wendy specializes in strategic planning, governance, and operational excellence. As former CEO of Association Development Group, she guided professional associations through growth and transformation while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Wendy’s track record includes implementing data-driven strategies, optimizing processes, and developing high-performing teams. As founder of Wendy Weber Consulting, Wendy brings comprehensive expertise in helping membership organizations maximize their impact and achieve sustainable success in serving their professional communities.

Financial Management
David brings strong expertise in business finance and operations across a variety industries. He thrives in fast-paced environments and prides himself on delivering quality service while maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
David holds an associate's degree in accounting and finance and has been working in accounting for over thirteen years. He has experience with several US and Canadian-based nonprofit professional associations in industries including law, commercial real estate, exposure sciences, and health economics. He consistently seeks out opportunities for professional growth and is currently pursuing his CPA.
